Since 2005, we have been lucky enough to be working with Waterperry Gardens in Oxford, one of the countries best garden attractions. With 30 acres of stunning gardens, orchards, nurseries, a garden centre, and a wide offering of courses, Waterperry really does have a lot to shout about.


We were originally invited to come along and pitch some ideas for a tourism brochure, and together with one of our associates we submitted ideas for a complete marketing and pr plan for the year.

Shortly after our successful presentation, work got underway with a customer survey to understand the visitors experience, followed by an overhaul of the company identity. Two projects that helped build the basis of much of our ongoing work.

Over the years we have worked closely with the Waterperry marketing department to develop a strong family look and feel across a range of material including advertising, brochures and signage.

Our aim with Waterperry, as with all our clients, has always been to work almost like a department within Waterperry, just a phone call or email away, able to react quickly to any requirement they have.

One recent project has been the design and print of a full colour brochure listing information about the range of arts crafts and gardening courses on offer at Waterperry. Our approach was to initially design a layout for the internal pages and a selection of cover designs. Once the format was chosen we then artworked the remaining pages including booking form.
Throughout the design and artwork process we kept in close communication with regular pdf proof updates and meetings when needed. Once the artwork was signed off we worked through a pre-press proofing stage, bringing proofs to be checked on site at Waterperry. A few days later the finished items were delivered and ready for use.

In addition to the finished printed brochure we have set up an online page turning digital version to help Waterperry cut down the cost of distribution but at the same time reach a wider audience by having an email link and a link to the brochure from their website.

By combining our print and digital services we are providing Waterperry with a range of cost effective tools to communicate with their client base via traditional and contemporary channels, essential for today’s multi media savvy customers.
